Donald W. Boyajian is the managing partner of the firm which he co-founded with Bill Dreyer in 1987. Mr. Boyajian began his career in 1982 in a judicial clerkship at the Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Soon thereafter, he entered private practice and almost immediately found his calling in the representation of victims of negligence. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Boyajian has prosecuted numerous high profile cases with multimillion dollar results on behalf of victims of motor vehicle collisions, industrial, construction and maritime accidents, toxic torts, defective products, as well as medical and nursing home malpractice. "My goal is to secure the best possible recovery, either in the courtroom or at the bargaining table, based on each client's unique circumstance and to do so through timely, compassionate and results oriented advocacy."
In addition to litigating individual actions, Mr. Boyajian has successfully handled a number of significant multi-party claims. Mr. Boyajian's past work includes his appointment as co-lead counsel in the 1999 crash of an Albany City school bus injuring approximately 75 elementary school children; he acted as class counsel in the 1999 E-coli outbreak at the Washington County Fair, then reported to be the largest waterborne E-coli outbreak in the U.S; he recently represented members of the Akwesasne Mohawk tribe in connection with injuries sustained as a result of PCB contamination in the St. Lawrence River. Mr. Boyajian is currently representing several municipalities in Saratoga County seeking to obtain compensation for contamination to their public water supply due to PCB contamination in the Hudson River.
